Kelly Swayze joins the California Rangeland Trust as the new Development Associate. Her primary role is to provide support for all fundraising efforts and donor recognition and communication. She is originally from San Diego and would spend her holiday breaks at her grandfather’s ranch in Oklahoma. This is where she found her love of all things livestock. She was an active FFA member serving multiple officer positions, raising livestock, and competing on judging teams. Kelly also volunteered with the San Diego Humane Society, assisting with the organization of fundraising events and youth camps. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Visual Arts from California State University, San Marcos. Before joining the California Rangeland Trust, Kelly worked for Casa de Amparo as a Development Associate soliciting in-kind donations. She is excited to start a new chapter here in Sacramento.
